Optimising the process of obtaining documentation

  1. What was the problem before you used the Cert-Safe System?

    “It has always been a long process when trying to obtain the correct documentation from our Subcontractors and Suppliers, as they would often find complications and time waste when requesting certification and information. 

    Additionally, due to our company dealing with the transportation of equipment and machinery for the construction and engineering industry, our project managers are often out of the office, therefore, cannot get instant access to documents.”

    Costs, budget, all the normal things really. Once id seen the demo costs no longer became an issue for us, due to time saving elements of the product

    This product is a must for our industry. The more companies using it the more easier it becomes. Forward thinking and helps eliminate risk.

    We couldn’t find anything else that does what Cert-Safe does.

  7. What are the main benefits you've experienced as a result of buying/joining Cert-Safe?

    “Through using Cert Safe, our subcontractors no longer have to be chased or feel the need to track their supply chain for the documentation. This is because we now have access to all of this information shared and available immediately, which lets us get on with our projects.

    This database sends live updates and can automatically deliver notifications to anyone in charge if any company within the chain becomes in-compliant. Using Cert Safe, our subcontractors are automatically notified when their worker’s certification is expiring.

    This is essential as some drivers pick jobs up when one is free in their area; therefore, they need to be on top of their certification; otherwise, they are unable to do this. With this, contractors can always ensure that themselves or employees are trained and capable of completing the work safely. Additionally, it is vital to ensure that your fleet and equipment is serviced and safe to use.” 

  8. What was life like before you started with Cert-Safe?

    “We, as a company, strive to make sure that our certificates are up to date. However, incidents have happened where one of our managers realised that subcontractors’ licenses have been out of time. Therefore, the shipment was unable to be made, resulting in a loss for the company. 

    Unfortunately, we have learned the hard way that it is crucial to ensure that it is not only our employees’ certification valid but also the fleet and equipment. Additionally, your entire supply chain needs to meet your standards; otherwise, there is going to be a lack of communication between sectors which is when the problems start occurring.”

    “The internal processes are so much more easier, our administration is less of a headache and our clients are happy with the way our information is shared.”
