How the Cert Safe platform transformed how we run our business

  1. What was the problem before you used the Cert-Safe System?

    “A couple of months ago we would spend at least an hour a day organising or searching through our filing cabinets for our certifications and qualifications. Our filing system was bursting with certificates that needed managing; however, due to Covid-19 and the onerous task of health and safety compliance, this was never achieved and built up.”

  2. What results have you gotten from using the platform?

    “Being in the engineering industry, certificates must be up to date; therefore, having a system that sends updates about the certificates about to expire has saved us lots of time.  By changing the way we store our certificates, we have drastically improved our efficiency, as spreadsheets and filing cabinets took up unnecessary space and time.”

  3. What exactly did you like most about the product?

    “Having a platform that allows you to complete a risk assessment within the project page, that is accessible by any of the project managers has been a blessing.

    Having this feature has meant that if a problem occurs on-site, then the project manager has quick and easy access to this document without having to ruffle through piles of risk assessments to find the correct piece of paper. 

    And, allows for risk assessments to be uploaded and signed by all parties with access within the platform. Cert Safe has helped us keep a closer eye on all aspects of our projects.”

  4. What was the main concern that would have prevented you from buying this, and what put your fears to rest?

    “My main concern was how involved vital members of staff would need to be on the on-boarding service due to the large number of certificates that we hold. This however was all dealt with by CertSafe’s importer where we sent across all our certificates and their system sorts them.”

  5. If you were to recommend our product/service to your industry partners, what would you say?

    “I would say that the industry needs a new and innovative system which helps all aspects of the business. This is exactly what Cert-Safe does.”

  6. What made you choose Cert-Safe over other systems?

    “After hearing about Cert-Safe from one of our clients, we booked a demonstration to see if the platform would suit our company. Jake, who is part of the sales team, helped us throughout this process, answering any questions that we had about the product and showing us how it would best suit our work environment.”

  7. What are some of the benefits you've experienced as a result of buying/joining Cert-Safe?

    “Primarily when dealing with the current health and safety situation around the world, it has allowed us to have a system that can be accessed remotely, therefore, reducing the risk of contamination from a single filing cabinet and social distancing.

    The platform can let directors like myself look at all the subcontractors on all of our different projects, therefore, providing us with that extra layer of control over who is on our sites and whether they have the correct qualifications for the job required.”

  8. What was life like before you started with Cert-Safe?

    “As mentioned above we were struggling with managing how many certificates we needed for our workers.”

    “Like all contractors, we take the health & safety of our team very seriously.
